Joseph J. Pelle Jr. AIF®, QKA

Joe has more than 25 years of employer retirement plan (ERP) and wealth management experience. He leads our employer retirement plan (ERP) team in coordination with our plan sponsors to develop customized retirement plan designs for our clients. He oversees aspects of the enrollment process, maintenance, conversions, administration and regulatory services, and investment monitoring of our employer qualified plans.

The Prosperity Advisors ERP team is committed to providing best practices for our clients and developing education on longevity to over 275 employer retirement plans and over 5,000 plan participants. Joe and the team take great pride knowing employers can count on them for guidance on plan design, fiduciary duties, education, and investment options.

Joe earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration, with summa cum laude honors, from Walsh University.

In addition to being a devoted husband to Michelle, Joe is the proud father of two adult children and has two grandchildren. Joe enjoys family time attending his grandchildren's many activities, as well as traveling with Michelle. He also loves yard work and tinkering with home improvement projects.
