Doug, along with his wife, Kim, are active volunteers in their community. They have served together on the Dayton Art Institute Associate Board and Chaired the 2008 Dayton Art Institute Oktoberfest. Additionally, Doug and Kim have also chaired Alter High Schools primary fundraiser, Alterfest in 2012. Doug is a past president of the Alter High School Boosters, a past board member of the Dayton Chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisor, and has served as a Corporate Coordinator for the United Way.
