Daniel J. Derrig, CFP®, MBA

Dan is a native of Akron and a graduate of the University of Akron. He knows the area and the people there well. He has an undergraduate degree in psychology and an undergraduate certificate degree in financial planning. Dan has an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.  He is series 7 and series 66 registered and holds life/health insurance licenses.  Additionally, Dan is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and continues to seek new educational opportunities that will allow him to serve his clients well.

While away from the office, Dan loves spending time with his wife and two kids, and treasures family game nights.  He also enjoys reading about current industry trends and topics that are relevant to his clients.  Dan also greatly enjoy competing in judo and grappling tournaments.  He and his family, along with their horse, Spirit, reside in Hartville, Ohio.
