Charlie D. Hiltabidel

Charlie began his career in the financial services industry in insurance sales. As a client service representative on our employer retirement plans team, he is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the delivery of outstanding service to both existing and new clients. He assists participants by helping answer questions on many different topics such as how to access their account and navigate the participant website or how to rollover their balance from a previous employer’s plan.

Charlie enjoys an active lifestyle revolving mostly around his dog, Buddi. To relax and decompress, he also enjoys painting, drawing, practicing guitar, and hosts bi-weekly Dungeons and Dragons games with his brothers and friends.
