Carter's desire to get into the financial services industry comes from a calling to serve others. Carter has a passion for financial planning and enjoys getting to know clients on a personal level. Every client is different and has different needs, so it is very important in his eyes to know them, their finances, and their goals to provide the best advice. Carter’s areas of expertise are retirement planning, investment management, and tax-saving strategies.*
Carter has a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with honors, from MidAmerica Nazarene University.
Carter and his beautiful wife, Taylor, are parents to two sweet girls, Halston and Hartlee. Together, they enjoy summer trips to the water park, trying local coffee shops, going on picnics, family movie nights, visiting the Kansas City Zoo and at least a couple trips each year to the Deanna Rose Children’s Farmstead. The family also has a black cocker spaniel named Storm.
Sports are a big part of Carter’s life; he was a pitcher for two seasons on the MNU Pioneers baseball team. He is also a die-hard Kansas City Chiefs fan, manages a team in the Prosperity Fantasy Football League, and runs another fantasy football league away from the office - you can say he likes football! He's also taking up golf as a hobby in his free time.
Fun fact: Carter earned that pitcher's spot on his college team despite not playing baseball in favor of basketball in high school.
