Carlee R. Schmalz

Carlee has worked in operations for well over a decade. Prior to joining Prosperity, she served as an assistant to the CFO for a large commercial real estate firm and as an operations associate for Empower Retirement.  

The constant changes within the financial services industry and the need to adapt to them are what Carlee most enjoy about her career. She appreciates that she is constantly learning new ways to implement procedures that make the team as efficient as possible.
